I forgot to take a before picture of this. It was a kind of rustic, raw, southwest dresser. It actually looked good already.
I added a layer of my cream $1 paint and sanded it down, then tried my hand at glazing. I loved the way this turned out. I wanted to keep it. But I posted it and sold it pretty quick for a tidy profit.**SOLD**
Is this the dresser I went with you to pickup? It doesn't even look the same! You truely do have a talent for turning things around and making them look fabulous! I love it!
I live in Queen Creek, Arizona, and love beautiful things. From pretty faces to pretty pillows, I am attracted to all things lovely. I also am infautated with seeing beauty in strange places, and unburying it so that others can see it too.
I have been painting furniture for almost two years, but only recently have I turned it into a business. My goal is to make fabulous furniture affordable.
I have seven children. That's right, seven. And I am 32. The four older kids are steps, and I have three bio's. It's a zoo, between exes and diapers and pot roast, I make time for finding beauty. It's what makes it all worthwhile.
